Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat by email at email@example.com. Cancellations and refunds will be subject to the following conditions:
- All refunds will be processed from April 16, 2016 to April 30, 2016 for administrative reasons according to the cancellation policy.
- No refunds will be given for cancellation received on/after April 30, 2016, and cancellations after this date will not be accepted.
- Any registered delegate who does not submit a written cancellation notice and/or does not attend the conference is not eligible for any refund.
Invitation Letter Request
Registered participant of the conference will get an invitation letter or an invitation for visa application. Note that registration is valid only if accompanied by confirmation of payment. Please login and visit your personal information page to display and print your invitation letter or request an invitation letter for visa application. To get invitation letter for visa application, you need to fill out the invitation letter request form and upload a copy of your passport.
